Sweet William by Carner Barcelona Review
Description
Carnation has been relegated as an old-fashioned note in recent times, but Sweet William by Carner Barcelona is challenging that notion. It does so by stripping it down to its barest form, and then adding just the right amount of pepper and vanilla to the mix. The drydown is equally uncomplicated, leaving a woodsy, earthy scent on the skin. Its simplicity is what makes it sexy and easy to wear, although others may find the Sweet William lacking in bang.

Rodrigo Flores-Roux created Sweet William with countless tales of star-crossed, desperately yearning lovers in mind, which explains the undeniable charm and sensuality of the fragrance. Released by Carner Barcelona in 2017, Sweet William has spicy notes in the white pepper and cardamom that add more depth to its florals, which include ylang ylang, rose and dianthus, among others.
