“Remember to shop your closet,” is one of Amy Smilovic‘s mottos and it applies into her Fall 2019 collection so well. Her latest Tibi line, as well as most of her design aesthetic, is to create timeless classics that customers can wear over and over again, and this season, it’s one of her most timeless-looking yet! From the shapely suits to the impressive outerwear, there were more than enough pieces in this collection that men and women can wear over and over again. In a way, it’s Smilovic’s subtle nudge to sustainable fashion—offering items that won’t be wasted for a long time. Add to that the eco-friendly materials she used to create her magnificent fashions this season. Her luscious wools, strong cotton, and stark linens were all organic, making such clothes all the more valuable. But perhaps the piece de resistance of it all was the color palette. Pops of lilac, tangerine, lemon yellow, ocean green, and cobalt blue illuminated the collection to such a degree that they all looked desireable upon first glance! It won’t surprise us one bit if this will sell extremely well come fall!
