Jeffrey Dodd takes on a rather personal approach with his Fall 2019 Collection. Inspired by his own works of art, he enthused some of his self-made imagery onto his pieces. The graphic squiggly print that appeared in skin-tight turtlenecks, one-shoulder pantsuits, and maxi-dresses was part of his art portfolio in college. Yet even with this element, his offering remained quite minimal. The streamlined silhouettes helped bring out the overall strength of the simplistic line. It also highlighted the exquisite tailoring, from the sharply straight pencil skirts to the precisely fitted suits. Knits, on the other hand, gave the line a softer and more luxurious touch, allowing the woman to breathe and take a load off. In a way, this collection offers a wardrobe for women with high-class lifestyles and incredible tastes.
