Power dressing is alive and well at Diane Von Furstenberg. Even with just four looks for Fall 2019, the designer packed in a heavy punch of prints, patterns, textiles, and tailoring that’s sure to captivate modern women today. There was a tinge of the 70s to it—particularly on how the colors and prints played with each other to make for such a bombastic appeal, almost electrifying in nature. Although all four ensembles were stand-outs, a noteworthy look was that of a leopard print-on-leopard print number that was beyond chic. There was confidence in how unabashed the layering of prints was, and for it to be of leopard spots just aroused all sense of feline feminine finesse. A neon fern-and-black striped faux fur coat with a similarly hued pantsuit, on the other hand, was incredibly youthful. The brand has always been about putting the woman first, and this collection just proves that without a shadow of a doubt!
