Tom Ford Beauty Shade and Illuminate Cheeks Review

Tom Ford Beauty Shade and Illuminate Cheeks Review
Product Description
When Tom Ford’s Beauty lines get it right, they get it right. Unfortunately, they didn’t get the Shade and Illuminate Cheeks quite right. The product comes with two pans, one for a nice, light cream blush, and the other for a complementary non-shimmery highlighter. Admittedly, these products do look fresh and natural on the skin when first applied, but within the first few hours of wear, they completely dissipate, leaving the skin colorless, as if you’d never put blush on in the first place. For this product’s $85.00 price tag, that is an absolute no-no. If you’re looking for a light, cream blush formula for your kit, you could try this one, but why pay that much money if you could just invest that same money on formulas that’ll actually last ‘til the end of the day?

Dismal staying power

Ever since the launch of their own line of beauty items, the Tom Ford brand’s products have become coveted, a status symbol of sorts because of the price tag attached to it. Buying a Tom Ford beauty product is undoubtedly a huge splurge everytime, a “treat yourself” kind of item. While many of their products do justify their insane price tags, the Shade and Illuminate Cheeks just isn’t able to do enough to truly make it worth the huge investment.

SUITABLE FOR: Normal to dry skin.
