Scandal By Night by Jean Paul Gaultier Review
The fun continues with Scandal By Night by Jean Paul Gaultier. From the bottle to the scent, everything is encouraging to let loose. At first glance, it may seem nothing different to its predecessor, Scandal, which was just released a year before. But “by Night” is there for a reason: with tuberose as a top note, it is strong and sweet, even more so than the original, as well as opulent. You don’t have to overdo application of this—a little spritz goes a long way!
Easy to wear
Decent longevity and sillage
Sweet but not overpowering
Not for everyday, casual use
Scandal By Night came out in August 2018 a year after Scandal, both sharing a fun and attention-grabbing perfume bottle. With Daphné Bugey as its perfumer, the scent is made with honey as a middle note, and tonka bean and sandalwood for the base. The eau de parfum is available in three options: 30, 50 and 80 ml.
