Giulietta by Tocca Review
Description
Giulietta is not an intense fragrance. Rather, it is soft and sweet, aptly representing loves that last a lifetime; the passion may dominate the beginning, but it takes much more in order for it to last. Giulietta’s white florals are clean and very soft, and there is a slight foody feel for us too. The scent is easy to wear on most occasions and seasons, but even more so during the summer. We would have wanted the scent to project better and last longer as it fades not too many hours later.

In 2009, Tocca released Giulietta. The fragrance was named after Italian actress Giulietta Masina and was said to have been inspired by her lifelong romance with husband and director Federico Fellini. In particular, the scent is meant to recapture the couple’s trip to Corsica. The ingredients for the fragrance include ylang ylang, Bulgarian rose, pink tulip, green apple, iris, lily of the valley, heliotrope, musk, amber, sandalwood and cedar.
