Description
Mancera may not have put its efforts in creating a more eye-catching bottle, but the red liquid within more than makes up for the container’s lack of punch. We found that the main note in the fragrance, tobacco, has a pleasant smoky and dusty feeling, and blends beautifully with the rest of the woodsy and spicy accords. To us, this scent is very rich and has excellent projection, and scrubbing it off would prove to be a challenge. Compared to other fragrances that fall within the same niche, Red Tobacco is a steal for the price and would last you a long time.

The primary note, tobacco, is pleasantly smoky and dusty
We find this to be very rich and spicy
Accessible compared to other niche fragrances
Negatives
The fragrance reeks of what we could define as synthetic
Not a scent you wear with abandon

Red Tobacco, despite the packaging that leans a little more towards manly, is manufactured by Mancera with the intention of catering to both men and women. It was released in 2017 and featured primarily woodsy and spicy ingredients. The top notes are oud, saffron, nutmeg, cinnamon, white pear and incense; the middle notes are jasmine and patchouli; and the base notes are guaiac wood, haitian vetiver, white musk, madagascar vanilla, sandalwood and amber. The fragrance is packing in strength, so a little discernment is required in its application.
