Description
Individuel falls under the category of dumb reach scents for its likable personality and easy to wear profile. It strikes the balance between fresh and spicy, and does not bother despite seeming slightly artificial. The fragrance works best for most occasions save for the hot weather, during which it dissipates faster than desired. For the price, Individuel feels masterfully done but better suited for wear by younger men.

The Individuel is already a discontinued scent by Montblanc, but it is still gaining admirers for its oriental, woody goodness. The combination that resulted in the fragrance includes a handful of ingredients, such as pineapple, cinnamon, juniper berries, coriander, lavender, bergamot, mint and cardamom for the top notes; jasmine, violet, geranium and orange blossom for the middle notes; and sandalwood, patchouli, amber, musk, dark chocolate, vetiver, raspberry, vanilla and oakmoss for the base notes. It was created by Pierre Bourdon on behalf of Montblanc, and first released by the brand in 2003.
