Eau Tropicale by Sisley Review
Description
Sisley’s Eau Tropicale delivers the promise of bringing you to a tropical paradise, albeit one that feels a little commercialized rather than natural. This is not too sweet, if that is what concerns you, but the fruity notes feel as if they are blended in with more artificial accords. The sweetness for us is at least is handled well to keep it from being the cloying, candy-like kind, but unfortunately it feels more suited for younger wearers. Performance is within what you would expect from a eau de toilette.

In 2014, Sisley introduced Eau Tropicale. It is a fragrance that conjures the image of a wet, tropical forest for its combination of fresh florals and chypre. The notes include bergamot, hibiscus, passion fruit, frangipani, ginger flower, violet leaf, tuberose, Turkish rose, ambrette seed, cedar and patchouli. The distinct bottle cap was designed by the artist Bronislaw Krzysztof.
