When you make the decision to start a workout, that inevitably comes with other concerns you have to resolve. Take for instance, the time you’ll have to allot on training or what you’ll have to wear when it’s time to sweat it out. This is also one of those instances that you need to take ample time to consider what shoes you’ll be wearing. When you want to be healthy, you can’t risk any broken ankles or injured feet, right? With the right outfit and footwear, working out is an experience one can take pleasure and comfort in.

Thankfully, retail giant Nike has plenty to offer in this department. True to its goal to be the provider of shoes that have unmatchable support when doing strenuous activities, it has released the Nike Flex Supreme TR6. The sneakers promise to meet all the demands of training, including mobility for your foot and comfort for your soles.

Pros

The Nike Flex Supreme TR 6 comes with a 4-way stretch upper as well as a flexible outsole that you can count on to give you the maximum freedom for you feet. You can move as you will without worrying that about getting injured because of unaccommodating shoes. The mesh upper works along the padded collar to keep you fresh when you aren’t at your most poised or the temperature is not the best, and for the shoes to fit perfectly to prevent slips. The Nike Flex Supreme TR 6 shoes have an hexagonal outsole that has detailed grooves to ensure firmer grip and 360-degree movement. The shoes aren’t the only thing that’s light; the same can be said for the price tag as well.

Cons

Perhaps in its desire to fit firmly on its users’ fit, there have been reports that the shoes are narrow, even for those who have feet with average width. There is a possibility to encounter slight irritation too on the heels which can be blamed on the high end of the training shoes. For runners, their shoes can also gather and suck stones and debris through the soles. A large number of the comments mentioned that it is very narrow. While the shoes are generally great looking, there is not much variety on the colorways which can turn those who like their shoes to fit their tastes besides serving their purpose.
