Description
The start of 2019 saw the collaboration of BAPE and NEIGHBORHOOD in creating the graphics for the Adidas POD S3.1. The shoe has the Ape head of BAPE and skull-and-cross-bones of Neighborhood, both adorned in the shoe’s upper. The shoe was split down in the middle, with one side featuring the BAPE’s shark motif and the other the Branded Three Stripes.

Just the name of the Neighborhood x Bape x Adidas P.O.D. S3.1 will already give you an idea of how epic this shoe would be. It’s the combined ingenuity of BAPE’s clever designs and patterns, plus the finesse and style of Neighborhood as we’ve seen in their classic motorcycle jackets and military gears. This shoe is indeed a perfect mish-mash of those things, added with the performance that Adidas is known for.
