Redken Brews Work Hard Molding Paste’s cream-like consistency easily provided us with a great hold that lasted the whole day. It left our hair looking matte and made it flexible enough to reshape without any flaking. What was even more impressive was how anytime our hairdo needed a refresher, we could just wet it a bit and it would look as good as new. However, we didn’t enjoy how the dispenser wastes a lot of product; there is always a portion of paste left in the nozzle that can harden and clog up the bottle if not constantly cleaned. As for the scent, it’s on the strong side and takes a little getting used to. Overall, we still think that this product is worth a try.
