The year 2018, or at least in its third quarter, is treating Virgil Abloh well. His brainchild, Off-White, has bested popular brands Gucci and Balenciaga in the Lyst report for the period’s hottest brands. The ranking just means that Off-White is the most searched, most browsed, and most purchased among fashion labels, when previously it was slotted for 33 places below the top spot. It’s unsurprising, really, especially when considering its sneakers that were mega hits, high profile collaborations with fashion labels, online retailers, and even IKEA, as well as dressing up tennis superstar Serena Williams at the US Open. The fun is not over though—there are still plenty of goodies to cop as we also bask in the label’s good news.
Here are some of our curated accessories, garments and shoes to grab from Off-White as the clock ticks towards 2019.
Off-White Accessories
Accessories are big hits for Off-White; a street-inspired ensemble is not complete with a few accessories under your wing, and Off-White delivers at that.
There are a variety of hats and beanies that would do more than just protect and warm your head. The belts are far from basic and can give more tools for you to stand out. We’re not sure that you’ll find your face often covered with a mask, but you don’t know when they might come in handy, right? Point being, you’re better off with than without.
Off-White Bags
Most people can’t go without bags, and chances are, you can’t too. So why not pick from Off-White’s wide selection to elevate your streetwear look? Our choices fall in two colors, black and red, that both go for a strong vibe. Each pick has its own character though, so you would not be stuck with a bag that bores. Others might even have some fun with the reds that state what is already obvious.
Off-White Apparels
Streetwear has made its way towards high fashion in recent years. If you want a taste of that, Off-White is usually the label off the top of people’s heads; our choices below show just exactly why. These all have the benefits that come with being Italian-made: expert craftsmanship, an eye for style, things that Off-White proves are not limited to more formal choices. The edginess is not lost on them too, despite the higher than usual price tag.
Off-White Footwear
Off-White made its rounds on social media because of its shoes, a must-have for any streetwear lovers’ wardrobe. You know the brand knows its audience with just one look at its banging pairs. White, black, or otherwise, high tops, mids or lows, retro style or nah, the kicks are packing character and appeal that you’re likely to turn more heads than not with them on. Some of the picks are even products of the label’s union with Nike and Timberland, and you’d know the materials that protect your feet are carefully and deliberately made by pros.
