Description
We won’t be singing praises for Montana Initial, you might have already assumed. It smells cheap and synthetic, especially because of the tonka bean that feels similar to other cheapos, and it can cause a headache even with just one extra spritz. We’d imagine it’s easy to wear on many occasions, and yet we can’t just help but want to scrub the soapy fragrance. If you happen to like it though, you’re in luck: both sillage and staying power are above average.

Montana Initial is a scent born out a man discovering the wonders of spices and greens. This explains its listed notes: bergamot, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, tonka bean and white cedar. It was launched by Montana in 2015. Rejoice: this is not a particularly hard fragrance to wear.
