Pros
Like its previous versions, Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 34 boasts of a high level of durability despite its being lightweight—just the perfect combination for running enthusiasts. The shoe’s cushioning provides comfort that will keep your feet from feeling heavy as you run. Plus, its Zoom Air bags offer a snappy feel whenever your feet strike down the pavement, terrain, or the treadmill. This feature makes it a fine choice for daily runs, medium paced training, and even for a full marathon.
Being the latest version, the Pegasus 34 is updated with new and improved features including increased number of holes in the toe box area for better breathability, flat laces and a more evenly spaced out lace holes for better fit, and hexagonal heel design for a better traction.
Cons
The Pegasus 34 might be lightweight but if you are expecting a soft shoe, you may be a tad disappointed. Because of its extra Zoom Air bags in its forefoot, Pegasus 34 has a very firm feel and is considered a stiff shoe. The only part that provides a fraction of softness can be found in the shoes’ removable insole and in the foam placed below it. Also, there have been some complaints that the shoe has irregular padding which may cause an uneven pressure to the the feet.
