Woman by Versace Review
Versace Woman is just what you would expect out of the bottle: the scent is very feminine and easy to wear. Florals and fruits dominate the beginning, with jasmine and raspberry being the easiest notes to distinguish. There is also a powdery sensation to us that follows until the woodsy base begins to reveal itself. But while the end makes the fragrance darker, Versace Woman is mostly close to the skin and lasts for some hours before completely fading. It would be a path to disappointment to expect something new here, but if what you’re going for is wearability and reliability, then this is a safe scent to bet on.
Comes with average sillage and staying power
The woodsy base, such as the cedar, makes the scent a tad darker and richer
Not too sweet as a consequence of the base
We smell a hint of the synthetic all the way until drydown
Unoriginal blend that contributes nothing new
Save Big At:
Versace Woman was released by the Italian house in 2000. Designed by Christine Nagel, it incorporates notes of both the woodsy and fruity variation. The top notes are indicated to be bergamot, wild rose, frangipani and jasmine; the heart notes are raspberry, lotus, cedar and plum; and the base notes are hinoki wood, ambergris and musk. It can be worn to work with little to no possibility of annoying the person occupying the next cubicle.
