Our initial verdict of Urban OG is quite positive, as their website already contains everything we want from an online shopping site. They have a lot of items ranging from shoes and clothing to bags and accessories. Their homepage also features a ‘Trend’ Tab, which opens into an option of buying items that are on trend today, like florals, denims and all other sorts of styles that are hot in the market. In our opinion, this makes shopping for customers interesting and easy. We also loved that our order reached us on time, but we don’t appreciate the customer support taking a long time to respond to our queries about returns.
