Red carpet events are always a delight to watch, especially as they involve flickering lights, stars who we love, and of course, glamorous looks that we await every single year. For the Emmys, many may only get excited to know if their favorite actors and TV shows would take home the awards, but like any other beauty junkie, we’re more excited about the red carpet looks!

When did Scarlett ever not look fabulously hot, huh? It’s kind of unfair that she can simply stand there rocking a while dress and surprising us with her yellow eye makeup. Only her can pull it off, so we ain’t even mad.
