One of the things we really like about this eyeliner is the selection of shades. Even though these are glittery eyeliners, the colors that have been selected are just so easily wearable. Of course, there are some more eccentric or bold shades that one might be intimidated by, but a couple of these are looks that you won’t be afraid to sport to level up a seemingly ordinary day. We also like how easy it is to go back and correct most mistakes you’ve made while putting on this eyeliner. Glitter eyeliner can be intimidating for sure, but this one gives you a little leeway to go back and fix what you need to in order to get the cleanest look possible. The formula is also quite long-wearing, effortlessly going strong for up to 12 hours, even in more extreme weather conditions. And at the end of the day, you won’t find yourself pulling and tugging at the area because the proprietary formula of Too Faced makes it so that you just have to peel off the eyeliner, and maybe go back with a makeup remover just for the glitters.
But there are a few caveats you’d have to take note of with this eyeliner. First, application does take a bit of time to master, even if you’re intimately familiar with doing liquid eyeliners. Besides the boldness, one would also have to properly build up the color and glitter intensity to get the best possible wear out of this. Also, we’re not huge fans of having to wait too long for a liquid eyeliner to dry, and this takes an eternity, so take note.
All-in-all, this is a solid eyeliner experience, and you’ll definitely feel the amount you paid for at work with this product. For the most part, it is quite easy to use, despite coming with a bit of a learning curve in terms of precision. But once you do get past this learning curve, it’s very easy to get into using this product, and the results are more than a little satisfying.
