The Modist truly captivates us with their wide selections of pieces, including high-end items from very famous brands in the fashion industry. Like many others who got interested by the website’s inclusivity for modest styling, what initially hooked us with the website is our curiosity of the ‘Ramadan’ section, which actually impressed us with the great styles and designs of pieces in that collection. But now matter how great their collection is, it’s always gonna be overshadowed by the fact that the website doesn’t have a good customer service that can handle concerns of their shoppers. It also disappoints us that their actual execution of their return policy is far from free—in fact, some shoppers didn’t even get a refund for the items they returned.
