Easy and romantic are two totally different ideas and are difficult to converge in such a refined way. But for Fall 2019, Silvia Tcherassi did so effortlessly. She has an indelible eye for elegance that’s truly breathtaking, and she can make the most mundane of fabrics and patterns look so luxurious. Her latest line is a testament to that! With a lot of floatiness and subtlely, she focused on her own brand quirky romanticism with patchworked pieces and classic round-ish shapes. The former wasn’t all that appealing, in our honest opinion, but the latter was certainly impactful. They highlighted a sort of traditional elegance within such contemporary vibes that’ll appeal to women today. That pale cherry-hued plaid top, for instance, was paired well with the tiered cropped pants in the lookbook but is bound to look just as ravishing with a pair of skinny jeans. And that billowy crimson cocktail frock? Get ready to enchant people in it during the windy nights of winter. More than just their romanticism, these clothes have strong identities, not just of Tcherassi’s, but of the women who will glide, float, and fascinate in them come fall!
