Royal Aoud by Montale Review
Description
You’d expect oud to be harsher, but not with Montale’s Royal Aoud. Instead of being greeted with a strong, medicinal opening, it is faint because of the balance provided by fruity notes. With excellent projection, sillage and longevity, the fragrance only becomes stronger by the ticking hours. The packaging may be deemed masculine, but the scent is widely considered as unisex. What’s more, it is something apt to be worn all year round.

Montale’s Royal Aoud was first introduced for men and women in 2005. Created by Pierre Montale, the woody, floral scent also features notes of coconut, peach, grapefruit, rose and kumquat. Many are impressed for its long-lasting scent so a repeat in application can be unnecessary.
