What we like most about Princess Polly is that they can be a one-stop shop for every fashionista—they have clothing items, main accessorial pieces, plus beauty items that can give a total fashion transformation to anybody. Their website is interesting, especially with the kinds of items they offer, but the problems with this shopping site arise after you click that ‘buy now’ button. Quality of items didn’t impress us that much, but other customers had it worse: they received items that broke after washing or after a few times of use. In some cases also, customers are charges with customs charges, which would irk anyone, including us.
