Princess by Vera Wang Review
The oriental floral and fruity fragrance Princess entices both with its beautiful, royal bottle and sweet, subtle scent. It may not feel delicate in the beginning especially with the flush of fruits, but it later subsides into something more mellow and elegant as it is balanced out by dark chocolate, amber and woods. It may not be heavy, but it attracts compliments all the same. And for an eau de toilette, Princess lasts long enough to save you from spritzing more later in the day.
Subtle and youthful yet elegant
Sillage and longevity are just right
Earthy notes later balance the sweetness of the opening
Opening fruity notes can come off as too sweet
Target audience is mostly young perfume users
Princess by Vera Wang was released in 2006 as a scent marketed for the young and the young at heart, beginning with the bottle that is shaped like a heart and had a crown for a cap, all the way to the light, fun and feminine smell. The latter is a result of a blending of notes that include water lily, mandarin, apricot, apple, tuberose, dark chocolate, guava, wood, amber and vanilla. This eau de toilette comes in three sizes: 30ml, 50ml and 100ml.
