September 2022 Sales (LATEST)

The Fashion Month has given us the best looks that inspires us to look our best every day, aside from the given collection of clothing items that we all wish we own. Kicking off in New York, the Fashion Week gathered the best designers, stylists, fashion icons and celebrities in the NYC, then in London, then in Milan, and lastly, in Paris.

Paris Fashion Week Spring 2019

We’ve got the best makeup and hair looks in the New York Fashion week covered, but will we let the opportunity to pick out the best looks in Paris Fashion Week to just pass us by? Of course not! Here are the distinct beauty looks that stood out during the Paris Fashion Week Spring 2019. We’ve added our suggested products to help you achieve some of the looks, too!

Sunset eyeshadows

Sunset eyeshadows

Esteban Cortazar showed us some pretty sunset eyeshadows that featured bright eye-brightening hues. Tom Pecheux, the runway’s official makeup artist, used the mixture of crimson, azure, tangerine and marigold to create irresistible gradients. For the Saint Laurent catwalk, on the other hand, we’ve seen the beautiful pigments on the lids of the runway models, giving us the bold eye-look.

Braids

Braids

As young teenagers, we’ve loved the look of braids, and until now that we see it in fashion runways, we’re still captivated. Alexander McQueen’s official hair stylist Guido Palau led the braiding festival at the backstage to show “powerful, pagan-like warrior” looks. Paul Hanlon, the stylist at Paco Rabanne, added micro-braid details to the low knots of the beautiful fashion models.

Hair products to use before braiding: Bumble and bumble Bb. Texture Hair (Un)Dressing Crème, Ecru New York Silk Texturizing Balm, and Flora & Curl Jasmine Oasis Floral Hydration Hair Mist

The Slick Back

The Slick Back

The sexy and shiny look of slicked back hair is just irresistible in the runway, and Paris Fashion Week affirmed that. We’ve seen the best of the ultra-slick hair look from Chloé and Balmain that showed utter sexiness. Rochas and Ann Demeulemeester pulled off the highly drenched looks, adding a high-fashion effect with the hair sticking in stylishly in the jaw and face.

Product to use: Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil

Graphic Black Eyeliner

Graphic Black Eyeliner

You would normally use a black eyeliner carefully to draw thin lines on your lids. But for Paris Fashion Week, it’s all about that bold graphic look. We’ve seen fierce-looking girls at Dior showing off the tattoo-like eyeliner styles. Rounded eyeliner shapes were a thing too—Dries Van Noten’s catwalk proved that.

Get the look with: Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel, Marc Jacobs Beauty Magic Marc’er Precision Pen Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Blacquer, and Kylie Cosmetics Black Gel Eyeliner

Bright Red Lips

Bright Red Lips

Different hues and shades of lippies were shown in the various fashion shows in the Paris Fashion Week, but Day-Glo Bright and Deep Bordeaux Shades have become standouts. Chanel showed vivid fuchsia and Kool-Aid bright lip looks while Koché and Poiret added a coral hue in the middle of the lips to achieve a two-tone appearance. Maison Margiela and Chloé, on the other hand, used deep Bordeaux palette for that rich hue needed for their models.

Get the look with: Dior Rouge Dior Lipstick in 999, Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Luminous Modern-Matte Lipstick in Red Carpet Red, and Tom Ford Lip Color in Cherry Lush.

Bangs, Bobs, and Bowls

Bangs, Bobs, and Bowls

There was a time that the runway was all about long curly hairs, but this year’s Paris Fashion Spring 2019 Runway, we’ve become too engrossed with the cool bobs, bowls, and bangs sported by some of the best models walking the runway. The Givenchy show showcased the trimmed and improved hair of some models with boy cuts to capture the beauty of having a short hair. Bobs were all over the Miu Miu catwalk, while bowl-cuts and long bangs that almost cover the eyes were the thing at Saint Laurent’s.

Keep your short hair looking great with: Bumble and Bumble Brilliantine, Redken Move Ability 05 Lightweight Defining Cream Paste, and Kérastase Lift Vertige.
