Mainly the style and aesthetic are what attracts us to & Other Stories, because we admit, they have trendy pieces and really cool items (like an upgraded H&M) that every young millennial would love to own. But while their clothing items are totally great to look at on their website, it annoys us that they actually don’t have the quality we expect, making us feel like we overpaid for the products. Another thing that bothers us about this website is the way they handle customers’ issues and concerns, which most of the time don’t even feel like they are ‘handling’ the situation. You’ll most like to get no response thru emails and in terms of phone calls, expect all your requests to be turned down, even if you want to cancel an order because they failed to deliver on time.
