Nike Women’s Air Zoom Elevate Training shoes are awesome for training, thanks to the a six-sided Zoom Air unit added to its design, which give the user the freedom to do any specific training movements. It is superbly comfortable as well, with the inclusion of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) foam in its midsole.
