To say that we’re disappointed with Nehera‘s Fall 2019 line is an understatement. While we can’t deny the excellent quality in the construction of their clothes, the design part of the line was really boring. They looked far too much like function-wear—think monastic robes of priests or monochrome ensembles of spa workers—than anything else. It just had an overall staleness to it that was just bland. There wasn’t anything inspiring that we saw from the show, even with all the commendable tailoring. The suits were just fine—nothing noteworthy—the styling was horrendously plain, and even the color palette did nothing make it all exciting. It was all such a waste of excellent skills that barely any creativity was incorporated into the designing of this lot. Hopefully, next season will be a lot more newsworthy!
