We’ve seen Nasty Gal try to keep its clients interested with its fresh collection and totally stylish items. While we generally deem that a positive mark, what baffles us is their constant problematic delivery, with customers left frustrated of waiting for their orders which sometimes don’t even arrive at all. Such kind of service makes us understand why some may feel like the entire website is a scam, which it isn’t, but this shop should really step up its game when it comes to a faster delivery of items. What we think compensates for that though, is the responsive customer support that seems concerned with the issues of customers. Then again, The Nasty Gal doesn’t impress us much with the quality of items, so they don’t get our 5-star vote.
