Les Jeux sont Faits is a lesson on trying out a fragrance first instead of deciding to buy it immediately based on the listed notes. What’s written on the packaging may be inviting, or at least would not seem strange, but the smell is a different experience altogether. We were expecting a dark, aromatic vibe but were taken aback by the sweetness that does not seem to complement the woods well. We also found ourselves scrubbing for the metallic hints.
