Garmentory initially kept us interested with the huge selection they have on their website—they have pieces for women, men, kids, and even home, featuring ‘cool’ brands and boutiques that are fresh and fairly new to the fashion game. To be fair, the mix of items in their collections are captivating for us, leading us to order some pieces that we really do like. The annoying part is just the bit where we realize that it’s hard for us to actually like the items in person, as they were not quite in the condition and quality we hope they would be in. Talking to their customer support is another frustrating thing altogether, as they refuse to replace or refund the items that are apparently not qualified for returns. And we know some customers didn’t even get a response from their customer support. Overall, we’re not in the least pleased about this website’s service, but their aesthetics though, is fairly attractive.
Garmentory 2019 Review
Garmentory, style-wise and range-wise, set us off with so much expectations, especially upon seeing such a wide selection on their website. What excited us even more are seeing brands that are new to us, which the website calls the up and coming indie brands of today, and we did enjoy browsing their items. But apparently, the excitement stops at the website and turns the opposite direction upon receiving the items we ordered. It instantly appalled us to see that the items were nowhere near the ‘great quality’ they were endorsed to be. Worse, they wouldn’t accept returns or refunds, which definitely is a huge turn-off for us.
