We’re definitely loving the aesthetics, designs and overall style of Free People’s collections. We also think that the wide selection of items is quite impressive, as their website offers clothing, shoes, accessories, intimates, swimwear, athleisure, and other sorts of pieces. But such a great collection is easily tainted by our experience of the awful shipping time and customer service that they give, which are also the same complaints many other online shoppers express about their website. But if it’s up to us, we believe that by a change in courier and a bit of improvement in the customer support department will definitely make Free People a go-to place for many fashionistas.
