Description
Made by the collaboration between Los Angeles-based Fear of God and Converse, the Converse Fear of God x Chuck 70 High ‘Essentials’ features a minimalist look that we think are going to be loved by sophisticated sneaker enthusiasts. With a cream canvas upper, what strikes us the most is the contrasting black accent from the toe box all the way to the tongue. Besides these fancy designs, this creation follows the usual Converse rubber sole as well as the All Star patch on the inner mid-panel. Reverse these colors and you get the other version. Which one do you prefer? We are into the cream-dominant one, for sure.

Release date: December 13, 2018

The Converse Fear of God x Chuck 70 High ‘Essentials’ boasts a muted aesthetic with a cream colorway base and contrasting black toe box and tongue. Particularly unique about these kicks are the extra-long shoe laces which you can tie across the heel. Completing the features are Converse’s iconic rubber sole and All Star patch on the mid-panel. Meanwhile, we find the other pair, the reverse version in black, quite boring.
