Colonia Ambra by Acqua di Parma Review
Colonia Ambra is like a man who projects a very classy and urbane image without trying too hard for us. Despite its given notes, it does not scream musky, and instead is content with giving a warm, dark base that is endearing. The ambergris can be picked up, but without taking away the contribution of the other accords. This is a modern and sleek fragrance we can imagine would perform great on summer, but is more appropriate for more formal events.

We appreciate that the juice feels both modern and classic, boasting of notes balanced and well-blended
Can be worn during summers
The base that is revealed by the end does not offend, but instead feels subtle and sheer
Pricier than your usual musky scents
Save Big At:

Acqua di Parma takes a different path than its other scents with Colonia Ambra, focusing on ambergris instead of oud and leather. It is part of the brand’s Ingredient Collection. The scent boasts mostly of musky accords. The ingredients are listed as orange, bergamot, petitgrain, Virginia cedar, rose, patchouli, nagarmotha, sandalwood, ambergris, cistus, musk and vanilla. Colonia Ambra is better suited for more formal events than on normal strolls in the park.
