Citrus & Wood by Yardley Review
Description
Yardley’s Citrus & Wood may come with a cheaper price tag compared to the acclaimed Terre d'Hermes that is often compared to it in scent, but it does not disappoint those who choose to buy it. It has a lovely citrusy effect, delivering as promised on the name, and comes with a nice woody, ambery dry down. Yardley’s fragrance could benefit from improved performance though, although that matters little if you don’t mind repeated application.

A solid alternative to the Terre d’Hermes, Citrus & Wood by Yardley includes notes of bergamot, mandarin orange, lime, sandalwood, amber, patchouli and vanilla. It was created by perfumer Christian Provenzano and released by Yardley, a brand with a long history of putting together citrusy scents for men, back in 2011.
