Cierge de Lune by Aedes de Venustas Review
Description
Not everyone appreciates amber accords, but those who do may find something beautiful and for keeps in the Cierge de Lune. The amber lingers in the background for us rather than ambushing the nose, and that helps usher in a feeling of comfort. There is a chemical smell along the way that more sensitive noses may be able to pick up, and it could cause fatigue when not many various smells are peppered in, but with the right dose, people would want to benefit off of the warmth the fragrance provides.

Cierge De Lune is a scent released by Aedes de Venustas in 2016. As the name would give away, this is inspired by the night, and particularly something that makes it presence known at such a time: night-blooming cereus. Perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin signed the fragrance. He incorporated accords of crystalline, Madagascan vanilla, black pepper, pink pepper, ylang ylang, incense, musk, amber and suede to make it possible.
