Cheap & Chic “Chic Petals” by Moschino Review
Description
This Moschino scent will catch your attention in an instant because of its red bottle, but we’re sad to note that it does very little beyond that. While fresh and ideal for summer, we find that we have to endure the sharp opening of strawberry and pomegranate, and then the cloying musk that emerges later on. Although great performance is something we seek in scents we like, we’re almost glad that this does not last long on the skin for us. The green notes make this a little tolerable, but we’d pretty much prefer anything else over it.

In 2013, Moschino officially launched Chic Petals, a fragrance that is supposedly a fruity floral blast and forms part of the Cheap & Chic collection of the brand. Designed by Guillaume Flavigny, it lists its notes as wild strawberry, pomegranate, red orchid petals, water lily, gardenia, red ginger, musk, Italian iris and hinoki wood. The red bottle adorned with white blooms comes in 30, 50 and 100 ml.
