Adventure is much more fun today with the availability of various gadgets to accompany every intense, high-adrenaline, and even dangerous conquest that you can think of. Even with watches, manufacturing labels get on a perspective that everything is possible with the timepieces they put out there, especially the go-to Japanese brand for anything adventurous—Casio. A world-known line from the brand, G-Shock, offers the best options for out-of-the-box timepieces that can be taken beyond the usual watch limitations. Added to the line of precise and durable watches is the G-Shock GG-1000-1A5 Mudmaster Watch, one that Casio was proud to release as a solid performer even in conditions that seem to be impossible for a watch to survive.

Pros

Unlike most watches in the market, the Casio G-Shock GG-1000-1A5 Mudmaster Watch isn’t one you have to always shield from heat, cold, mud and sludge—it was exactly made to withstand the extreme levels of those things. It is a watch that can stand up to challenges, may it be a military operation, or sports events, or even extreme adventures.  The handsome look of the watch matches the impressive features that it carries: digital day/date, analog timekeeping, compass, and alarm. It’s like a whole lot of gadgets packed into one handsome looking watch.

Cons

While it can be expected in watches that carry a lot of extra functions, the G-Shock GG-1000-1A5 Mudmaster Watch can be overwhelmingly large for some people. Measuring about 56 x 55 x 17mm, it is a huge watch in smaller sized wrists, while the first few uses of the stiff band can add to the discomfort too. But after a while of constant use, one can easily get used to the size and feel of this G-shock.
