Calycanthus by Acca Kappa Review
Description
Calycanthus is just as advertised by Acca Kappa: it is a fresh combination of florals, and perhaps unique to others who find the calycanthus new to their senses. The opening is sharp and sweet because of it, which makes it hard to ignore even in the beginning. It proceeds with a more green, garden-like aroma, and, in the hours that pass, gains a powdery sensation. For a scent that is the opposite of cloying, the Calycanthus has a good performance.

Calycanthus by Acca Kappa is not intended to stand out in an abundance of floral scents for women. Instead, it serves the cultivated tastes of the few who appreciate balance and subtlety in perfumes. Introduced in 2003, Calycanthus lists neroli, grass, bergamot, calycanthus, jasmine, peony, peach, orange blossom and musk as its notes.
