A luxury timepiece is a timeless treasure for any owner. Some have historical value, upon which their foundations were built on legacies that are as relevant today as they were back in the day. Others hold significant functions, built upon the navigation of various men and women during times of war. Despite being an accessory for any fashionable means, timepieces are relics of a past world, some of which are still reflected even with today’s newest models. Just look at Breitling’s Transocean 38 Chronograph.

Pros
Breitling’s Transocean 38 Chronograph watch is the lady’s version of the Swiss brand’s 1958 timepiece, and since women’s taste varies more than men, so do the iterations offered. One can get a Transocean 38 chronograph timepiece in many kinds, one being the more classic silver stainless steel colorway with a black dial or the more glamorous red gold version with a fine leather strap. Whichever one gets, they’ll still be given the essence of the Transocean model, complete with the certified chronograph and two subdials by 3 and 9 o’clock.
Cons
Weirdly enough, even though the 38-millimeter Transocean chronograph is supposed to be smaller (especially since it’s marketed as a women’s timepiece), the watch is actually thicker than its larger counterpart. The Transocean 43 Chronograph is comparatively lighter, given that it has a smaller case than the newer iteration. The Transocean 38 Chronograph’s bulkiness and weight may compromise its retail performance among women, its target market, mainly because female customers prefer sleeker and lighter timepieces.
