Blind Barber 90 Proof Pomade Review
The Blind Barber 90 Proof Pomade does an excellent job in mattifying the hair and providing a strong hold, but it fails in adding volume. Upon first application, it was difficult to spread the product but after wetting our hair, it was easier to manipulate. You have to work quickly though as the product dries out when in your hands and makes your hair stiff, which doesn’t allow for much workability or retouching after drying. As effective as this is, it is overpriced and we believe that we can find an alternative that can provide even more results.

Provides an intense matte look
Has a strong hold and tames flyways
Works well with medium length hair
Does not volumize
Difficult to spread without water
Dries quickly

A water-based formula infused with Hops and lightly scented with Tonka Beans, the Blind Barber 90 Proof Pomade promises to provide a strong lasting hold with a matte look and no grease. This product also contains no parabens, no sulfates, and no artificial dyes. We reckon this works best on those with medium short hair and for those looking for a very matte, strong holding pomade to style a simple hair do.
