Astounded, astonished, and shocked—these were what we felt upon seeing Albagía‘s latest collection. The audacity of the brand to trot out this monstrously plain and pedestrian offering for Fall 2019 was just staggering! These clothes weren’t simple, they were boring. They weren’t minimal, they were mundane to an almost offensive degree! And we get that there are brands out there who’d prefer to present simple tailored looks for their clientele, but even the quality of these looks was totally abysmal! See the puckering of the seams and the stale finishes of the duchess satin material? Just disgraceful! You’d have an easier time getting finer garments at a department store than in this poor lot! And the proportions? Heaven forbid them! Overall, this was a poor collection on so many levels. And with that, we have nothing else to say!
