Air Jordan 11 Retro Low ‘Navy Snakeskin’ 2019 Review
Shedding out an on look into a ‘Navy Snakeskin’ colorway, Air Jordan 11 Low still proves to be a charmer for sneakerheads, just like how it was back when it was first released. Luxurious-looking navy snakeskin replaces the usual patent leather in the shoe’s mudguard, however retaining the pure white midfoot and throat. An icy blue outsole completes the style, which we think complements the reptilian detail. The touch of serpentine styling might be an out-of-the-box idea, but there isn’t any better creative addition to the signature silhouette, making it look bland to us.

Minimally branded on the tongue and heels, the design of the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low ‘Navy Snakeskin’ 2019 was meant to let people focus their gaze on the snakeskin detail. Aside from the textured scaly black and blue detail, this shoe’s design is composed by the Phylon midsole plus the translucent icy rubber outsole system. The surprising serpentine detail might have lifted the look of the silhouette, but we think it did nothing much to elevate the style of the shoe.
