Nino Cerruti and his eponymous house’s reputation for classic fragrances is continued in the 1995 release for women, 1881 Pour Femme. Created by Claire Cain, it features notes of freesia, mimosa, blond woods, and bergamot in the beginning, and then rosewood, jasmine, orange flower, coriander, chamomile, geranium, sandalwood, musk and ambrette later on as 1881 develops. The bottle is memorable itself with its marble-like exterior, designed by Serge Mansau.
